If you have questions about cancellations you should contact our travel advisors directly. You will find your booking reference and all contact information for the airline in your booking confirmation from them. Once the airline has confirmed that they have cancelled the order and that they will refund you, you have to contact us so that we can cancel the order on our side and proceed with the refund process.
Please note that in most cases it is not possible to get a refund for your ticket when you cancel. The airlines have their own rules for cancellation and we cannot influence their decision. Similarly Hotel Bookings are also subject to their policies of cancellation.

It all depends on what package you have bought from our trained travel advisors, if you have bought a tour itinerary which has flights included in it, then that will be clearly notified to the customer. If not, that’ll be mentioned as well.

For groups of 10 or more, we do offer discounts on all tickets, hotel bookings, etc. Please contact our travel sales advisors directly to arrange your group bookings, and they shall notify you about the discounts available on the package. Generally, travel insurance is not included in most travel packages, but there may be exceptions. To ensure your trip is protected, it's always best to clarify whether your travel package includes travel insurance. If it doesn't, you'll need to purchase a separate policy. You can directly ask our travel advisors for the insurance part and they shall notify you accordingly.
